Somehow my iphone 12 pro back glass got severely cracked despite having a case on it. No idea how. May have been from a drop where impact was made in the area around the cameras (which the case does not protect). I noticed it when I turned my phone around. Upon Walking into the store I Fix Fast, I was greeted with the most friendliest customer service by the man behind the counter. Even though he was working with someone else, he gave a professional smile, and asked how could he help me. I needed new glass on my phone, but was indecisive at the time. So I came back about an hour and a half later, and he greeted me the same. His customer service was warm and cordial. I was glad I came into the store that I had never been in before. Quick, easy, and competitively priced! I had a camera lens glass replaced on an iPhone and it took about 15 minutes. I wish there was more to do in the shopping center while I waited - no food options within walking distance. I did notice there's a barber next door, so that could be an option. Its surprisingly difficult to just sit patiently for 15 minutes without your phone to entertain you. Maybe the proprietor could setup some vintage games or something to play while you wait. That would be sick.
